Initialize vcpkg

.\setup.ps1

Rebuild all libraries once vcpkg initialisation is done, otherwise for example building botan will fail. The batch file will build both Debug and Release in 64 bit.

This runs build Julia DLL's are not there 

Building Julia

Julia is not in vcpkg, it is a git submodule

Action points

• Merge states into main

  • Currently we have

    • V5.0main : Philips branch : fixes for Philips/Nasa/Cambridge

    • V5.0git : States : big overhaul of HSM and observer pattern

    • CTrack.rebuild : current main, we need to merge into this

      • Philips

      • And then rebuild the fucking thing

• Add Julia GIT as GIT submodule to CTrack

• Check stack reporting in LOG files

• Create updated BuildJulia.bat

  • Should handel installing Mingw if not installed
  • Must rebuild CJM.dll module as well

• Add tracy support through UISettings.json file so that invididual things can be enabled

  • Can we have seperate tracy files for ui, engine , proxies ?
  • Can we combine these when analyzing
